The structural characteristics of the PDC drill bit are that it consists of a drill body, PDC cutting teeth and a nozzle. It is divided into two series according to the structure and manufacturing process: steel body and matrix body. The steel body PDC drill bit is formed by machining of nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys. After heat treatment, holes are drilled on the drill body, and the artificial polycrystalline diamond composite sheet is brazed to the tooth hole of the drill base.
